2.Guggul:

5.Methi:

Only a few people realize that methi is great in burning that excess weight as well. Methi is packed with fiber and helps in burning fat in the liver. It contains virtually non-existent calories and carbs, making this herb an excellent Ayurvedic remedy for weight loss. Soak 1 spoon of methi seeds in water overnight. Mix this in lukewarm water and drink it on an empty stomach. You could also dry roasted methi seeds and use it as a seasoning on dahi or salads.
